Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns

TrustyElectronics.com is now accepting US orders. If you have any questions about shipping please contact us

Products can be returned before 30 days from the date of purchase, but may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%. See below for more details.

Shipping charges are always calculated during the checkout process.  Orders that are completed before 1:00pm CST are usually shipped the same day if the items are in stock. Orders after 1:00pm are shipped the next business day. If your order will be delayed for more than 2 business days, we will notify you.

Shipping Times
We use FedEx, UPS or USPS for most shipments.  Shipping options are selected at checkout.

Shipping Information

US orders are now being accepted at TrustyElectronics.com. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly at website@TrustyElectronics.com.

All orders are shipped using only reputable couriers (FedEx, UPS or USPS). Some items shipped may come directly from the manufacturer or their distributors, as a result, some orders may be split in multiple packages.

No matter what method of shipping is used, TrustyElectronics.com will supply you with Tracking Numbers once the items have been shipped (if available).

The actual amount of the shipping is displayed at the time of order, and that is the amount that will be billed.

Return Policy

Every attempt is made to have a "common sense" return policy. If you feel something is missing, please contact us at website@TrustyElectronics.com

Before any returns will be accepted, you must contact us at website@TrustyElectronics.com, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Non-Returnable Items
Software and consumables (digital media, ink cartridges, etc) are not returnable.

Returning a Defective Item
If an item ordered at TrustyElectronics.com is defective, TrustyElectronics.com will accepted the return within 30 days of the date the order was invoiced. TrustyElectronics.com may either repair, replace, exchange or refund the item.

Returning a Non-Defective Item
Any item, in saleable condition, may be return to TrustyElectronics.com within 30 days of purchase, at the customers expense. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are for in-store credit only.

All items being returned must be 100% complete and must be in their original packaging. All manuals, disks, digital media, blank warranty cards and all other materials that came with the item must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee if any any items included in the original shipment are missing from the returned package. Items returned that are damaged, altered, or improperly packaged will be rejected. It is recommended that you insure any return shipments. TrustyElectronics.com is not responsible for damage caused during shipment.

Returns may be rejected for any of the reasons below:

  • Returned item improperly packaged
  • Standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code)
  • Serial number of returned item does not match serial number of item purchased
  • Item damaged, in the event that an item was damaged during shipment, please contact your shipper. We recommended that you purchase insurance for return shipments.

If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy or if you are in disagreement with this policy, please contact website@TrustyElectronics.com
